Returns
Bowley & Jackson want you to be happy with your purchase but if for any reason your purchase is not to your satisfaction we have a simple returns policy. Please return the item(s) in its original condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items returned after the 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund and a credit note will be issued. Bowley & Jackson recommend that an insured and registered delivery service is used to return items as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We do not refund postage charges unless the item is faulty.
