Product Description
Designed to be used in conjunction with our Nordic Grid Planter System these rusted iron pot holders sit onto the vertical posts of the grid and take a small plant pot. They can be moved around on the grid to create a dazzling display.
We also supply the shelf brackets with which to add a shelf to the grid system.
A brilliant way to create interest and planting area on an otherwise featureless wall and suitable for creating all year round colour.
