Standard Delivery Charges
£4.90 Mainland UK  

Our standard delivery charges are applicable to all orders with the exception of large pieces of furniture, all standard deliveries are delivered by courier service, the standard service is 3-5 working days, if you wish to add further instructions relating to the delivery of your order  such as a safe place where your order can be left please telephone us on 01653 697400.

Dispatch Times

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 2 working days and in most cases orders are dispatched the same day.

Large pieces of furniture

Delivery of large pieces of furniture is by arrangement with the customer and we will contact you within 48 hours of order to arrange a suitable date and time, we aim to deliver large pieces within 14 days of order.

Returns

We like happy customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Provided the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging  within 14 days of receipt we will provide a full refund (less postage costs), the cost of returning goods is your responsibility and we strongly advise that a proof of postage is obtained as Bowley & Jackson cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
