1. What Is The Returns Policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Bowley & Jackson and take the utmost care to select, pack and dispatch your item(s) to ensure your order is of good quality and reaches you in perfect condition.
However, should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it up to 28 days after purchase. Please ensure the item is unused and in the original condition - please follow the steps below.
- Pack the parcel carefully. Please ensure the parcel is packed carefully to ensure it reaches us in perfect condition. the item will be inspected upon receipt, and any damage incurred in transit will be the responsibility of the customer.
- As the customer, you are responsible for returning the goods and the return postage costs. Bowley & Jackson recommend that an insured and registered delivery service is used as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Is my order tracked?
We dispatch all orders with full tracking information. The tracking details are automatically sent to you at the point of dispatch. You will receive the tracking via email or in an SMS text message.
Please ensure you provide us with either an email address or a mobile telephone number to enable us to provide tracking details for your order.
5. When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Once shipped, our couriers work on a standard 2-3 working day delivery time.

6. What do I do if I don't receive my order?
We send tracking information via email or SMS text message at the point your order is dispatched, enabling you to track the progress of your order. Should you be concerned that your parcel hasn't arrived, contact us in the first instance, and we will investigate its whereabouts and provide a resolution.

7. What do I do if I receive a defective order?

8. Where are you located?
Bowley & Jackson is located in Malton, North Yorkshire. Our brick & mortar store is at 11 Market Street, and we have been based here since April 2004. We pack our online orders onsite, and our range is available to peruse in-store. We advise checking ahead if you are making a special journey to view specific pieces to check stock availability.

9. Can I make changes to an existing order?
If you wish to make changes to an order you have already placed, contact us on 01653 697400.
We are happy to amend orders that have yet to be dispatched.
10. Can I request a tablecloth sample?
We try very hard to use images that perfectly represent the colour of our tablecloth fabrics. But if you require an absolute match, we recommend you use our sample service ahead of ordering.

12. Can my tablecloth be sent on a roll?
On a standard delivery tariff, our wipe clean tablecloth is cut straight off the roll, folded and packaged in a waterproof bag. The majority of our customers find that the fold creases quickly drop out once the cloth is in place on the table.
We can offer a rolled dispatch where the fabric is rolled onto a cardboard tube and shrink-wrapped.
The cost of rolled shipping is £12.95
